🎡 Wheel of Fortune

Terms of Service

Last updated 28 July 2026

By using Wheel of Fortune you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

Wheel of Fortune lets you build a wheel of names, spin it to pick a winner at random, and share a link so others can watch. Draws are made server-side using a cryptographic random source and are recorded.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.

Your content

You keep ownership of the names, images and text you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them, and that you have permission from the people whose names, contact details or screenshots you add.

Do not upload anything that is:

  • unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit;
  • someone else’s copyrighted material without permission;
  • malware, or an attempt to break the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Running a draw

If you run a giveaway using this service, you are the organiser. You are responsible for the prizes you promise, for handling entrants’ personal data lawfully, and for complying with any promotion or lottery rules that apply where you and your entrants live. Wheel of Fortune is not a party to your promotion.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We may change or discontinue it, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wheel of Fortune is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any dispute over the outcome of a draw.

Advertising

Parts of this site may display third-party advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how that affects cookies.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
